John A. Coy is currently the Faculty Program Director for Logistics and Operations Management for the School of Business and Technology at Excelsior College, Albany, NY. John has over 25 years of business management, professional leadership, and University-level educational, and training experience. Additionally, he has been successful directly leading organizations from 50 to 500 personnel. John’s successes have covered several professional areas: Change Management; Strategic Management; Executive Leadership Development; Quality Assurance; Standardization; Emotional Intelligence; Testing; Training; and, Programmatics to name a few. He is a doctoral candidate completing a Doctor of Business Administration specializing in Human Capital Retention. Finally, John is a Certified Change Agent, holds an Advanced Supply Change Management Certificate, and is experienced in Lean Six Sigma principles, along with being Project Management Professional trained.
