Paul Shiffman, Excelsior CollegeChief Executive Officer, The Presidents’ Forum at Excelsior College

Paul leads an annual policy institute, The Presidents’ Forum, comprised of a national membership of higher education leadership, focusing on policy, regulatory, and fiscal issues associated with adult serving and distance learning institutions. Prior to joining Excelsior College, Dr. Shiffman served in a variety of administrative roles including Vice President for Institutional Planning and Advancement at State University of New York Rockland Community College, and Executive Associate to the President and Assistant Vice President for Government Relations at State University of New York Empire State College to name a few. He has held faculty teaching appointments at Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital in Philadelphia, Temple University, North Georgia College, Georgia State University, The College of Saint Rose, and SUNY Empire State College.
