Dr Taylor

Dr. Taylor, an industry-recognized expert in adult education, higher education assessment and accreditation compliance, is the director of outcomes assessment for the School of Liberal Arts at Excelsior College. In this specialized role, she is charged with developing and implementing student based learning outcomes assessment for program performance review, with a focus on re-accreditation compliance and best practices for continuous quality improvement.

Dr. Taylor is a published author with two decades of experience in education. In addition to her duties at Excelsior College, Taylor is President/CEO of Professional Education Design, a consulting firm which focuses on the design, development and implementation of educational programs for health care professions.
